TALENTS NATURELS is born from a simple conviction: Our most precious resources are already there in us. Those that we have sometimes forgotten, those that we underestimate or that everyday life has led us to gradually put to sleep.
This name is an invitation to change one’s perspective. To abandon for a moment the logic of the " to correct” to reconnect with what is alive, fluid and present in itself. to

Who am I?
For over 30 years, I worked within a large international group, which allowed me to explore and train in various professions, taking on roles as a team contributor, manager, HR manager, talent management and development advisor, across both operational and functional areas.
I met passionate and committed colleagues, professionals with unique expertise, dedicated managers focused on their teams, inspiring leaders... but also professionals seeking recognition, struggling to find meaning, disillusioned, tired, isolated, or filled with doubt. Sometimes, they were the same people, simply facing different contexts or environments.
